Entrance Rules

  1. Anyone may participate in the Nucleus CMS Skin Design Contest, regardless of background or affiliation, except for Nucleus CMS Skin Design Contest Committee and judges.

  2. Designs must be original to qualify - ports are not allowed.

  3. Each submission must meet the Nucleus CMS skin submission guidelines. Failure to meet these guidelines will result in disqualification.

  4. All submissions are to be under an Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 Creative Commons License and will become part of the Nucleus CMS Skin Library.

  5. Multiple submissions are permitted from a single contestant.

  6. Multiple contestants may collaborate to produce one or more submissions.

  7. Contestants entering submissions in Division A are disqualified from entering submissions in Division B.

  8. Submissions must not assume the installation of any particular plugin. If an entrant wishes to offer additional functionality, they may do so using the following <%if%> construct:

Prizes

  1. A winning submission will receive the same allotted prize regardless of how many contestants collaborated on the submission. It is the responsibilities of the winning contestant(s) to distribute and divide the alloted prize(s).

  2. Sponsored prizes and their allocation are subject to changes at any point in time at the discretion of Nucleus CMS Skin Design Contest sponsors and committee.

  3. Contestant(s) may be the winners of more than one category.

  4. A single submission may not be the winning entry for more than one category. A single submission can be both the winning entry for one category and the runner-up entry for another category.

Miscellaneous

  1. The decisions of the Nucleus CMS Skin Design Contest Committee are final.

  2. The Nucleus CMS Skin Design Contest Committee may update these rules at their discretion at any point in time.
